Job Description Summary:The senior designer will create and implement designs that effectively communicate our company's vision and brand image. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and visually appealing designs. The Sr. Designer will lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring effective conveyance of our brand message through a wide range of materials, including presentations, marketing collateral, signage, internalcommunications, newsletters, advertisements and web graphics.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:Collaborate internally as well as with clients to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be translated across various media platformsDesign original pieces, including illustrations and infographicsRefine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design softwareApply typography techniquesGenerate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/servicesIncrease user friendliness in digital productsMaintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projectsLiaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are metUpdate and maintain internal databases for designsStay up-to-date with industry developments and toolsObjectives or Goals to Measure Performance:
Accurate work productTimeliness and efficiency in completing assignmentsTeam satisfaction and feedbackPositive team attitudeProfessional and cooperative manner with vendors and coworkersTaking initiativeMinimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar rolePortfolio of completed design projectsHands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe IllustratorProficient in design software (e.g. InDesign)Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layoutsAttention to visual detailsAbility to meet deadlines and collaborate with a teamBS degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant fieldStrong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Requires frequent reaching, handling, sitting, standing, walking, hearing, finger dexterity, and talkingOccasional stooping/bending/crouching, carrying and lifting 20 or more lbs.The noise intensity level is moderate
