Step into a crucial role within New Century Health Plan andshape the marketing strategies for UCLA Health's Medicare Advantage Plan.Utilize your expertise to innovate and lead in a dynamic environment. Driveimpactful marketing initiatives and collaborate with key stakeholders toadvance our mission.Reporting to the Director of Medicare Advantage Growth & Strategic Initiatives, youwill oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketingstrategies. Your responsibilities will include:Developingand implementing innovative marketing programs to promote UCLA HealthMedicare Advantage Plans.Maintainingand producing marketing assets and coordinating campaigns and targetedcommunications to prospects and members.Actingas the primary liaison between New Century Health Plan, UCLA HealthMarketing & Communications, and the UCLA Faculty Practice Group.Overseeingcreative services and content production, including website management,social media, and video content.Authoringongoing content for the UCLA Health Medicare Advantage Plan website andmanaging the routing of marketing assets for CMS approval.Supervisinga team dedicated to supporting the Medicare Advantage Growth OfficeSalary Range: $92,600 - $202,200/annually

Qualifications

We're looking for a passionate and experienced professional with:*A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution is required*At least seven years of progressively responsible work experience, ideally within a health plan setting, is required*A proven track record in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies*The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and engagingly*Experience working effectively with various stakeholders and clients in a collaborative environment*Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization*The talent to translate business plans into actionable and strategic marketing initiatives*Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting*A knack for resolving conflicts through collaboration and advocacy*Experience in contributing to market research and competitive analysis*Exceptional relationship-building skills and a genuine ability to connect with others
