Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Club's digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase membership acquisition and retention. The Club's Electronic Engagement Manager and Digital Content Creator report to this position.

Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy Development:

Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the club's objectives, target audience, and brand identity.Content Creation and Management:

Oversee and participate in the creation of engaging and relevant content for the club's website, social media channels, e-mail campaigns, and other digital platforms. Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent, and optimized for efficiency and ease of use.Social Media Management:

Oversee all aspects of the club's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking. Utilize platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and others to foster relationships with members and reach potential new members.Email Marketing:

Manage the development and execution of e-mail marketing campaigns to communicate with members, promote club events and offerings, and drive membership retention.Website & Mobile App Management:

Oversight of the club's website and mobile app, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for use. Coordinate with web/app developers as needed for updates and improvements.Digital Promotion : Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various channels such e-mail, social media, and display advertising to reach target audiences and drive membership engagement.Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.Membership Engagement : Develop strategies to engage existing club members digitally, including events, activities, and operating information.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or private club industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Strong copywriting and content creation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
