Rivanna Medical, Inc. seeks a highly versatile, collaborative, and hands-on marketing manager to develop and manage digital campaigns and print collateral that supports current products and new commercial launches. This role involves increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating qualified sales leads in collaboration with our digital and product manager. The position also includes project management to ensure marketing plans are efficiently executed. The successful candidate will bring solid conceptual, art direction, and design execution skills, along with the ability to support trade shows and conferences on a creative and team level. Additionally, the candidate will need to become a subject matter expert to facilitate effective organic and website content.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement paid digital marketing campaigns, including SEM and social media marketing.Develop and implement organic content marketing strategies, including SEO and CRM/email campaigns.Produce marketing and product launch assets, including tradeshow and conference materials.Collaborate with the digital manager to analyze paid and organic digital marketing metrics and develop campaign strategies to increase share of voice, brand sentiment, and qualified leads.Collaborate with the product manager to analyze sales conversion rates and sales by marketing channel and develop email strategies to increase conversions.Support trade shows and conferences on a creative and team level, ensuring cohesive brand representation and effective engagement strategies.Become a subject matter expert to create and manage effective organic and website content.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.5 years of experience in print and digital marketing.Strong proficiency in art direction/graphic design.Analytical mindset with a passion for data measurement.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong project management skills.Proficiency in Adobe Suite.

Salary Description

$66,409 - $91,562
