We are looking for small business owners, entrepreneurs or individuals who operate installation or service technician teams who can help us provide high-performing, reliable managed network services. These services include managing broadband, routing, SD-WAN, security, wi-fi- VoIP and digital signage. This is your chance to be hands-on with technology, work with a variety of people and provide a unique and much-needed service to business owners.
Job duties include:Provide fast, secure broadband connectivity of high-performance networks.Simplify the management of routing equipment across all locations and provide for end-to-end availability and secure site access.Transform ordinary broadband connections to secure enterprise-grade, high-performance WANs.Deliver managed cybersecurity designed to optimize network performance.Ensure switches are consistently configured for optimum reliability, performance and enhanced security.Provide fast and reliable Wi-Fi access.Leverage data networks to provide high-quality voice communications.Deliver innovative media solutions for enterprise customers.Other duties include working closely with customers and utilizing a professional level of customer service skills on a daily basis.
Requirements
Reliable Transportation/VehicleAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to pay attention to detailPossess great work ethicAbility to travel out of state as needed is huge plus as we reimburse travel expenses.Schedule:
Primarily Monday - Friday with some weekends, based on customer requests
