Social Media & Marketing Representative$18.00- $24.00/hr. Mon-Thurs 7AM-5:30PM. PTO, paid holidays, insurance, retirement & more.Job SummaryAssist the Marketing Manager in all marketing functions up to and including social media management, website functionality, and media production. Keep Berry's message on social media platforms current, relevant, and in line with marketing objectives. Assist in developing marketing materials of all types including advertisements, photography, video production, and trade show materials. Report to and work directly with the marketing manager.Job FunctionsCollaborate with sales and product team to develop consistent branding messages.Assist in maintaining website functions and message.Plan and coordinate with the current marketing, sales, and product team.Post daily on social media websites (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) including Story functions. Keep up to date with Berry's Pro Staff and use content to bolster social media posts.Respond to customers that reach out through social media.Identify target customers and markets.Develop and distribute materials related to sales, training, and marketing.Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.Take product photos & assist in producing marketing videos.Assist in trade show productionPerforms other duties as assigned.Job RequirementsWorking knowledge of firearms and firearms industry preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent sales and customer service skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong understanding of social media platforms.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with Adobe Suite preferred.Adequate knowledge of DSLR cameras and videography equipment.Patience and adaptability when learning.Job ConditionsMost work takes place in an office environment.Occasional work in production areas that require PPE, may be very loud, and/or may contain dangerous machines and materials.Work 10-hour shifts.
