Overview

Manages design and production of planned marketing programs. Provides exceptional customer service.Responsibilities

Establishes strategic marketing plans to achieve property objectives.Develops and executes marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and marketing share.Manages marketing budget.Plans and oversees execution of promotional activities including print, electronic media, trade show, direct mail, point-of-purchase displays, and signage.Negotiates contract terms with outside agencies and suppliers.Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.Manages development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral material to support sales and marketing programs.Analyzes marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.Plans and conducts marketing research to identify opportunities for increased sales.Maintains customer database and approves the use of internal and external mailing lists.Reviews analysis of marketing surveys on current and new product concepts in order to recommend future product development.Provides post-event reports, analysis, and regular status reports on marketing programs.Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed and directed

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Marketing Coordinator and Players Club Manager directly report to the Marketing Manager. The Players Club Representatives indirectly report to the Marketing Manager.Qualifications

BS and 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Able to read, comprehend, and interpret simple instructions, correspondence, memos, and documents such as safety rules, operating manuals and procedures and maintenance instructions. Able to write routine simple correspondence. Able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests and Employees.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in small units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.REASONING ABILITY:

Able to apply common sense, patience and understanding while carrying out detailed written and/or oral instructions. Able to deal with and present problem-solving ideas that involves concrete variables in standardized situations.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Colorado Support Gaming License is required.

Pay Range

USD $92,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.
