Position Summary:

Provide production and administrative assistance to the Audio and Visual Media Teams in support of Our Daily Bread Ministries (ODBM's) United States Media efforts. Serve as primary point of communication between the U.S. Media team, internal departments, and external vendors, ensuring clear and positive communication on behalf of ODBM.

Essential Functions:Provide administrative assistant support to the Vice President of U.S. Media Programs and media teams including performance review coordination, scheduling of meetings, ministry effort planning coordination, data tracking, and reporting for team and ministry efforts, and team hospitality coordination.Provide support to the Audio and Visual Media Teams including, but not limited to, coordination of production elements, database input and maintenance, international program tracking and script delivery, internal and external communication, and correspondences.Oversee and coordinate the usage of Media Team Service Partners and their projects in support of departmental and ministry effort goals.Coordinate contracts for licensing music and video footage for media department projects. This involves acquisition of contracts from vendor, review contract with Our Daily Bread legal representative, and coordinate execution of contract with media management.Work collaboratively with ODBM audio and video directors/producers on budgets for production. Assign job numbers, track expenses, and assist in crafting overarching budget for each project.Coordinate special audio and video projects in support of the team's annual plan as requested.Provide field production support for the film team. This includes international travel, logistics, coordination with talent on-site, permits, line producing, slate, etc.Provide support for daily devotional videos. This includes logistics, scheduling, preparing contracts, hospitality, and field production support. Field production support consists of make-up, teleprompter operator, and slate. This involves communication within the media department, marketing, talent, and talent management.

Job Specifications

Study or Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor's degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience.Four years of administrative experience.Demonstrated ability with word processing and spreadsheet software.Ability to work with multiple projects.Good oral/written communication skills.Specialized knowledge in the assigned area is desired.Strive to live a life consistent with biblical principles, engaged with the Bible on a consistent basis and demonstrate continued growth and spiritual development.

Internal Work Environment:

Will involve communication that may be complex with teammates and additional ODBM departments, Ministry Efforts and Service Partners.

External Communication Requirements:

Thorough communication is needed with guests, stations, churches, government agencies, location contacts and other organizations related to production. Must present a positive image of ODBM to the above.

Leadership Responsibility:

Serves as the point of administrative contact and coordination between team members and Vice President of U.S. Media Programs. Training, mentoring, and oversight of Service Partners completing multiple tasks at various stages of development and completion.

Stewardship of Resources:

Responsible for assisting directors/producers in the development and management of production budgets. Tracking expenses during and after production in the field to ensure we remain within the allocated budget.

Miscellaneous notes for consideration:

Domestic and international travel for program production is required.
