Griswold Controls is a leading flow and temperature control valve manufacturer for the HVAC Industry located in Irvine, CA. We have been an innovation leader since our 1960 founding and are seeking a Marketing & Sales Administrator. Job Type:

Full-time. An excellent and comprehensive benefits package will be provided.

Pay:

$23.00 – $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities

:

Marketing:

· Update & Manage Website

· Create Literature & Presentations to Support Sales Efforts

· Assist Tradeshow Booth Updates

· Coordinate Tradeshow Participation

· Source Promotional Materials.

Sales:

· Assist/Create Sales Reports

· Assist Forecasting & Budgeting

· Assist Sales Department with Customer Requests

· CRM (Pipedrive) Support – Create & Update Accounts & Reports

· Work with IT Department to Automate Reports

· Other Duties, as Assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree Preferred

· High School Diploma Required

· Minimum 2 years of Marketing Experience

· HVAC Experience Strongly Preferred

· Bilingual English/Spanish a Plus

· Website and Collateral Design Experience

· MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Google Docs Editors Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

· Adobe Creative Suite

· Strong Organizational Skills - Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks and Meet Deadlines

· Highly Motivated and Adaptable to a Fast-Paced Work Environment

· Excellent Communication Skills - Written, Verbal and Listening

· Team Player with Customer Service Mindset

· Willingness to Learn

· Maintain Good Attendance and Punctuality.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

· Office environment, occasional travel.

· Use of computer, laptop, smartphone and related.
