5+ years of marketing experience with a foundation of business, retailer, and consumer understanding; retail marketing or retail agency/strategy experience strongly preferred Preferred Qualifications:

Self-motivated, high-capacity individual who can win in a demanding, performance-driven environment and make thoughtful decisions even when under tight deadlinesExcellent communication skills that can be effectively articulated in both written and oral forms across a diverse audience baseProven track record of working collaboratively with internal and external business partners to deliver business resultsPrior experience working with creative agencies- ability to provide strategic direction, feedback, and ensure creative is delivered on strategyIntellectual curiosity and a willingness to question the status quo to drive improvements and optimizationsStrong familiarity with the in-store retail environment and a deep appreciation of end-to-end consumer shopping experienceExperience working in a highly matrixed organizationStrong PC knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Responsibilities:

Lead and implement customer-focused front store shopper experience strategies utilizing the best tactics available inside the store environment while also innovating and creating new tactics to meet objectivesDrive the creative brief and development process, in partnership with Business Partners and Creative designers, to ensure we design and execute experiences that optimize consumer decision making and revenueLeverage insights from a variety of internal and external data sources, outline key shopper journeys for these experiences, particularly outlining the decision-making points and pain points that our retail experience design needs to considerOwn end-to-end Compliance Signing process and tacticsEstablish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with key internal stakeholders, such as Insights and Analytics, Customer Experience, Front Store Marketing, Creative, Experience Design, Legal, Finance, and OperationsHelp coordinate the printing and shipping of signage, including partnering with Print Procurement, completing print request forms, quote reviews, documentation, and submission for POs, checklist development, inventory management, and signage re-prints
