Senior Designer

Senior Designer with WorkandCo International, Inc. d/b/a Work & Co (Brooklyn, NY)Generating innovative design concepts and solutions based on client needs and market research. Participate in the development of the user experience and functionality of various digital offerings, such as websites, mobile applications, and software platforms. Creating prototypes and models to test and demonstrate design concepts (Figma). Generate innovative ideas and concepts for digital product features and improvements. Presenting design concepts and progress updates to clients. Incorporating client feedback into design iterations. Conducting design reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and design guidelines. Collaborating with developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with overall project goals. Ensure that digital products are accessible to users of all abilities and inclusive of diverse user demographics by adhering to accessibility standards and best practices. Preparing detailed design documentation and specifications for production Managing project timelines and deliverables. Attending training sessions to enhance design skills and knowledge. Performing market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences.Position allows for partial remote work. Must live within reasonable commuting distance. Reports to company office in Brooklyn, NY.15% travel required, domestically and internationally.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Communications and Media, Graphic Design, UI Design, or a related field. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, employer will accept 4 years of post-secondary studies in the Design, Digital Communications and Media, Graphic Design, UI Design, or a related field.Requires 2 years of related experience. Must have some experience in each of the following skills: Designing and developing IOS app to allow for investment management and financial advisory for a financial technology company (Principle); Developing design concepts for website landing pages to display customer feedback (Illustrator); Designing B2C websites for global luxury hospitality sector clients (Figma, Photoshop, and After Effect); Developing wireframes and prototypes for an E-learning platform hosted on a mobile application (Sketch and Principle); Creating a custom Quick Response (QR) code tool for users to re-direct customers to a custom destination (Framer and After Effects); and Designing concepts to maximize user flow through the products gallery for an e-commerce company (Sketch and Illustrator).Offered salary range: $100,818 - $130,000 per yearTo apply, send resume to: designcareersWC@work.co * Please note: For the "Experience and Minimum Education Required" please refer to the Requirements listed above (in the Job Description section).
