Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing communication strategies focused on clients and partners through email, webinars, and content management systems.

Education:• Bachelor's degree in either marketing or communications, or any related area.

Qualifications:• Expert level knowledge in managing partner communications channels including content management systems (i.e. Highspot), email segmentation and webinar strategy.• 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in a B2B setting• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communications campaigns• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently• Experience with email marketing software, webinar platforms, and content management systems• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Must-Have Skills:• Experience in leading or managing sales dept ecosystem communications (newsletter, webinar). Copy and content development• Strong knowledge of email, newsletter, webinar, content management technologies and how to drive engagement and optimizations• Experimentation, can run managed experiments and tests across comms channels, including channel strategy, copywriting and content development

Nice-to-have Skills:• Salesforce, webinar, highspot experience• Focused on driving metrics on channel strategies like newsletter, etc. and being able to analysis the metrics

Communications Manager Responsibilities:• Work with cross functional teams to execute partner marketing communications plans that align with the business messaging marketing strategy.• Collaborate with Business Messaging Marketing team members to develop insights and recommendations for improving partner communications.• Work with marketing operations teams to design and build email campaigns targeting partners aimed at driving program awareness, product adoption and other business objectives as part of the larger partner marketing strategy.• Manage the partner-facing content management system on Highspot, including creating governance and reporting systems.• Plan and execute webinars, including collating content, event logistics.
