ABOUT THIS ROLEAs a designer with a strong design sense and conceptual foundation, you’ll create groundbreaking, culture-defining work across product, advertising and marketing—helping visually craft typography, photography, and visual systems that tell breakthrough stories across our brands.

Required Skills:

Creative Designer Responsibilities:

Craft-minded and detail-focused to support projects and drive design and conceptual ideas that tell a brand or product story

Collaborate with brand strategists, creatives, researchers, product designers, product marketers and engineers to serve a global audience

Design brand expressions that visualize the brand strategy and define the look and feel of the brand across multiple touch points

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

1+ years of relevant design experience at a creative or design agency and/or in-house brand design team

Experience across the full palette of design expression: traditional, digital, experiential, and ideas that drive earned media (Social, PR)

Effective communication skills

A link to an online portfolio showcasing your work (include link on your resume)

Proficient in Adobe Creative programs InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.

Public Compensation:

$35.10/hour to $111,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
