Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.Position Summary:Join the Aetna Sales Distribution team as the Business Communications Senior Manager, where you will develop and execute strategic and comprehensive communication plans/programs for the Individual Family Plan (IFP) business. You will oversee the development and implementation of communication strategies to promote our products/services, implement feedback mechanisms and conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies, as well as identify areas for improvement. The Senior Manager will set priorities with project teams, including developing and delivering communication plans and messages, supporting project activities, and measuring results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate communication efforts and achieve organizational success.Additional responsibilities:Manages projects, programs, or processes for the Business Communications area.Develops actionable insights derived from project management tools, data analyses, and stakeholder feedback to drive improvement for the Business Communications area.Drives business communication strategies in support of business objectives using best practices, innovation, and audience insight.Executes business communication plans, including integrating strategies and messages and coordinating the timing of messages across the organization.Measures progress and results of business communication plans and projects, adjusting as needed to achieve necessary outcome.Ensures that all business communications are error-free, accurate, appropriately approved, and consistent with organizational core values.Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.Minimum Requirements:5+ years’ experience in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for various audiences and channels.Strong project management skills, including ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, including senior executives.Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in communication materials.Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience in developing and delivering communication training programs or workshops for team(s).Education:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in a related field.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $79,200.00 - $174,200.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.CVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
