Job Summary of the Creative Director position

Integr8staff seeks a visionary and dynamic Creative Director to lead and inspire acreative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, a deepunderstanding of brand strategy, and the ability to translate creative concepts intocompelling visual experiences. The Creative Director, will oversee the entire creative

process, from concept to execution, ensuring that all creative output aligns with thebrand's vision and business objectives.

Responsibilities of the Creative Director position

Lead and mentor a team of designers, art directors, copywriters, and other

creative professionals

Foster a collaborative and innovative creative environment

Conduct regular team meetings and creative brainstorming sessions

Develop and implement the creative vision and strategy for the brand

Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to align creative

concepts with business goals

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

Oversee the planning, development, and execution of all creative projects

Ensure projects are delivered on time, budget, and to the highest standards

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload effectively

Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints

Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual style across all media

Ensure adherence to brand guidelines

Review and approve all creative materials before released for production

Provide constructive feedback and guidance to creative team members

Work hands-on in the creation of key projects when necessary

Requirements of the Creative Director position

A Bachelor’s Degree in a creative, marketing or related field.

7+ Years in a creative leadership role; Creative Director, Senior Art Director, etc.

Min. of 5 years of leadership, team building, mentoring and management experience.

An eye for trending advertising design and content creation with deep conceptual thinking.

Versatile skills in both design concepts and creative writing

Highly conceptual with new, fresh, big brand ideas.

Excellent presentation skills, able to command the attention of client executives at all levels.

Technical knowledge of all aspects of the print and digital advertising industry.

Ad agency experience is a MUST
