Job Title: Marketing Implementation Assistant

Job Description:

As a Marketing Implementation Assistant, you will be integral to our marketing team, focusing on executing marketing automations, creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing social media activities, and setting up various marketing systems. This role emphasizes data entry and system setup based on provided SOPs, without requiring design or development tasks.

Work Schedule:Part-time, (20 hours per week). Monday to Friday.Available between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM PST for necessary meetings.

Responsibilities of the role:Implement Marketing Tasks and Processes:

Assist in the execution of various marketing tasks and processes as directed by the marketing team.Execute Marketing Automations and Workflows:

Set up and maintain marketing automation workflows to ensure efficient and effective marketing operations.Develop and Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

Create, update, and maintain SOPs to standardize marketing processes and ensure consistency.Manage Social Media Posting and Scheduling:

Handle social media activities including posting content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement.Set Up and Maintain Marketing Systems and Tools:

Configure and manage various marketing systems and tools as per the provided SOPs.Support in Setting Up Email Accounts and Project Management Software:

Assist in the setup and management of email accounts and project management tools.Update Website Content:

Make content updates on the company website under the guidance of the marketing team.Provide Administrative Support:

Offer general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Required Experience and Qualifications:No Prior Experience Necessary:

Training will be provided for all necessary tasks and tools.Strong Computer Literacy:

Comfortable using various software tools and applications.Highly Organized:

Ability to maintain organization and attention to detail.System and Process Optimization:

Enjoyment in optimizing systems and processes for efficiency.Independent Work Capability:

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:Marketing Automation Platforms:

Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.Social Media Management Tools:

Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.Project Management Software:

Basic knowledge of tools like Asana, Trello, or similar.

Language Requirement:C1 Level of English proficiency.
