The Assyrian Cultural Foundation (ACF) is a non-profit organization inspired by Assyrian heritage, serving as a bridge between traditions and different generations in the hopes of building a stronger, more connected community through our various programs.ACF is seeking an Assistant Director of Music who is outgoing, passionate, and experienced in the field of Music. This role will support the Director of Music in assisting with the administration, coordination, and development of the overall music program of ACF. The Assistant Director will manage teams, coordinate tasks, keep production on schedule, and assist in overseeing the program.
ResponsibilitiesReports to the Director of MusicOrganize and participate in all program eventsManage and lead the team to achieve shared goalsAssist in the hiring, training, and supervision of other staff and musiciansPlan and develop new music programsManage communications, projects, and deadlinesWork closely with the Director on production managementClear understanding of pre-production planning to post-production workflowsStage managementPromote a healthy and positive work environmentOther duties as assigned by the Director
QualificationsBachelor's degree in music or a related field3-5 Years experience in musicMust have experience in music productionExceptional customer service skills
