a leading financial software company , is looking to hire a
Design Producer
to join their team hybrid in
Mountain View, CA.
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.This is a 1 year contract with the potential for extension or conversion.What You’ll Do:
Focus on website production updates in multiple languages.Learn digital marketing skills in support of international focused projects.Participate in production workflows in our CMS including page building, localization, QA and maintenance.Master our tech stack to deliver complete projects.Primary softwares include Contentful CMS, Smartling, Siteimprove, plus additional tools and integrations.Provide day-to-day project management and execution for projects and initiatives with multiple design and development teams and stakeholders.Main stakeholders include but are not limited to: Web teams, SEO team, external vendors, cross-functional marketing departments, and engineers.Follow and track digital production progress to ensure on-time project success.Understanding when to escalate any blockers along the way.Skills:
You have experience with any content management system (CMS).Contentful experience is a plus.You have experience working with localized websites.You have experience with or an interest in learning project management systems such as Workfront or Jira.Have skill sets in time management, organization and multitasking, and great attention to detail.Enjoy working with others to break down projects into tactical items and see them through to launch.Have a “can do” attitude and are a quick learner.
