We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our Marketing Manager in various capacities. The ideal candidate will assist in analysis and reporting, CRM management, campaign coordination, and social media strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Marketing Manager in preparing analysis and reports, including sales/marketing tools’ utilization and pipeline tracking.Update weekly, monthly, and quarterly CRM KPIs analysis and reports presented in a visually accessible format for easy review.Assist in maintaining database integrity through effective management and organization.Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure lead generating campaigns align with the company's messaging.Strategize, execute, and evaluate both digital and traditional marketing campaigns.Devise and uphold a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms, ensuring consistent and relevant content dissemination.
Requirements
1-3 years of relevant marketing or communications experience.Proficiency in leveraging technology for project organization and execution.Strong Excel skills and adeptness in data management.Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for detail.Personable with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
Familiarity with CRM software and its applications.Experience in analytics and report generation.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Prior experience in social media management.
