ResponsibilitiesAssist with design of our collection including cut-n-sew, garment dye knits, tees, fleece, pants, graphic tees and solid fashion basicsTrend researchProduct DevelopmentSourcing fabrics, washes, trimsMaintain relationships with vendors and find new ones when necessaryDesign new silhouettesWork with patternmaker and sample roomLab dipsMaintain strict deadlinesCommunicate effectivelyCadsCosting
Qualifications3 years experience minimum in t-shirt designing (assistant or designer level)Adobe creative suite proficiencyExperience in domestic apparel costing and production methodsExperience in graphic tees is a mustMust have a strong ability to cad graphics on bodies in photoshop
