WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Aeroflow Healthcare - Sleep Division is looking for an enthusiastic Brand Marketing Coordinator to assist with our marketing efforts. This is a key member of the Aeroflow Sleep marketing team, helping to drive leads and brand awareness through targeted campaigns and meaningful creative content across all platforms.

As Brand Marketing Coordinator, this role will take part in the overall marketing activities for the Sleep division within Aeroflow Health and will report to the Marketing Manager. This role’s main focus will be to work closely with the Marketing Manager to oversee content creation for the Aeroflow Sleep brand. This position will play a critical part in the execution of campaigns, video content, social media, PR and all levels of patient facing content. This position has a tremendous opportunity to help impact Aeroflow Sleep and be the brand voice to our patients. This person will also work closely with internal cross functional teams and external agencies to accomplish day to day job related tasks.

Responsibilities:

In partnership with the Marketing Manager:

Position Aeroflow Sleep as an authority and thought leader in the sleep industryAppropriately represent the Brand voice in content across all channelsDevelop engaging, patient-focused, lead driving content for use on various platformsPartner with SEO agency to identify key topics and keywordsProperly track and report on performance of content piecesDevelop, execute, and maintain a strategic editorial calendar including blog content and monthly campaignsExhibit thought leadership and consistently present new ideas to improve our content strategyCreate on-brand graphics to accompany contentDevelop and implement video strategy with professional, engaging messagingCollaborate with outside agencies to create branded video contentPlan and execute monthly webinarsPlan and lead photoshoots on an as needed basisPartner with PR agency to identify opportunitiesBuild and execute social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identificationCreate and maintain social media editorial calendars, ensuring they are up to dateCreate, edit, publish, and share daily social media content that builds meaningful connections with the target audience(s)Build relationships with Sleep influencers and experts for collaboration opportunities across platformsEngage with social media users on behalf of the Aeroflow Sleep brand through social media content interactionAdditional marketing efforts as neededMaintain HIPAA confidentialityEmployee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance.Other job duties as assignedSkills & Requirements:

2 year degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field1-2 years proven work experience in content writing, journalism, SEO, communication, marketing, digital marketing or relevant fieldFamiliarity with SEO best practicesKnowledge of writing creative briefs is a plusExperience in Canva or other design platform; additional graphic design experience is a plusExperience in GA4 and Google Docs is preferredVideo Editing experience preferred but not requiredSelf-organized, with the ability to multitask and manage time wiselyHave initiative, passion, resourcefulness, self-motivation, and a high level of ownershipProven marketing experience in bringing campaigns to life across platformsAbility to write engaging content such as emails, blogs, newsletters, and sales collateral (please note samples of writing may be requested)What Aeroflow Offers
