The SMR plays a vital role as the central facilitator to help advance leads and opportunities through the sales process stages. This will entail monitoring and managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system and being the primary liaison with our sales advisors, external marketing agency, and internal operations teams. This role will involve utilizing various systems and databases. Multi-tasking, effective communication, and collaborative teamwork are critical keys to success in this role.Job ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage CRMSupport sales advisors across sales process, including project estimatesOutreach and communication with prospective customers to advance sales processCollaborate with marketing agency on email marketing and digital advertising campaignsUpdate customers on project status and requirementsAssist in the creation of new marketing materialAssist with various special projects related to sales and marketingAssist in the analysis and preparation of marketing and sales performance reportsQualifications And Skills2+ years of experience in a sales, marketing, or related functionExperience in home services business preferred (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.)Proficiency using MS Office and Google Suite applications (experience with Mailchimp, Insightly, ServiceTitan, Hoovers is a plus)Experience in utilizing a CRM systemExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsMust possess great energy and eagernessAbility to consistently present high professionalism with prospective customersExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitaskDesign skills is a plusLooking forward to hearing from you, as we expand in 2024!Job Type:
