You will begin by training across various business segments to gain a broad perspective. With that perspective, you will have greater opportunities to make an impact throughout the firm and to identify the components of business in which you excel and enjoy. Business segments include:

Marketing and Communications – Telling the story of each business segment via varied platforms and outlets.

Reporting and Storytelling with Data – Assisting Executives and managers to gain better visibility to key information and make informed decisions.

Human Capital Management – Recruiting the best of the best candidates to support Corvid’s explosive growth, building relationships at key universities, and communicating Corvid’s competitive advantage to secure top talent.

Mergers and Acquisitions – Pre-merger negotiations and due diligence and post-merger integration of the businesses.

Campus Planning and Interior Design - Designing and developing our corporate campus for future growth in multiple industries and to facilitate strategic collaboration across all teams.

Finance and Accounting - Learning to account for the business transactions and the success of the firm in a way to review to performance and make informed decisions.
