Position: Manager of Product Market

Position Summary:

Responsible for managing the development and execution of all marketing strategies. This position leads strategic go-to-market planning; Owns the end-to-end campaign development process; serves as a marketing representative on the corporate project intake team; ensures a consolidation and alignment of product and program promises; champions apostolate-wide, thematic deployment of cross-product tactics; ensures consistent messaging and unique selling propositions across all lines of business; manages associated budgets and timelines with an eye on early adoption, engagement, and retention; forms strategic advertising partnerships; and works with cross-functional teams to ensure all strategies tie to measurable OKRs and associated KPIs. All marketing plans are delivered in templatized decks that standardize planning and bring clarity and cohesion. You will be accountable for the growth of the Augustine Institute, Amen prayer, and meditation app, FORMED, Word of Life, the Graduate School of Theology, and charitable giving.

Specific duties below may not be all-inclusive:Management of the Product Marketing Management team that develops and delivers all integrated marketing plans for the Augustine Institute.Serve as the accountable party for all marketing campaigns.Develop apostolate-wide marketing strategies, message maps, and product hypotheses based on user insights, data analysis, and mission alignment.Oversee the end-to-end campaign development process in collaboration with the Marketing Project Manager.In tandem with the Director of Digital Marketing, ensure that cross-departmental insights are accounted for and implemented into long-term marketing plans.Vet and approve marketing plans for the Product Marketing Management team for communications plan development, task entry in project management software, and team capacity planning.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain, grow, and refine existing product verticals according to Augustine Institute’s key messaging, virtue pillars, and varied market demands.Spearhead a cohesive multi-brand communications strategy while maintaining the independence of each product vertical.Manage marketing campaign intake in ClickUp, ensuring launch readiness and feasibility.Lead campaign approval meetings in collaboration with marketing leadership and manage the process and quality control of the steps preceding an approved campaign.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain, grow, and refine product line depth and breadth.Partner with department heads to ensure concerns are heard and addressed and campaign goals are aligned with stakeholder goals.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or in a related field.MA in Theology and knowledge of the Augustine Institute and its products is strongly preferred.At least 10 years of professional experience in marketing strategy development, operational efficiency, and general management.Experience leading projects and teams toward measurable outcomes.Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and processes.Experience with Agile Marketing, Design Thinking, and/or Lean 6 Sigma methodologies.A servant leadership approach to team building and problem-solving.Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.Excellent organizational and project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to execute against tight deadlines with attention to budget goals.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and the ability to succinctly and effectively present information.Exceptional attention to detail.Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.Ability to consistently demonstrate the Augustine Institute’s core values, including:
