Our client in the electrical and technology space is looking for a creative Marketing Coordinator who has a strong background with RFPs and proposals to join their growing team. This role will be onsite in their Seattle office, Monday-Thursday. On Friday's the team works remote. As the Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for: -Hands on experience with the day to day of the RFP process, including pulling resources, formatting documents, ensuring a consistent tone, editing and proofreading -Provide support in creating and designing presentations -Consistently checking documents and how each piece is put together to ensure professionalism, response to each question from RFP and that responses are accurate and confirmed with internal resources Qualifications as a Marketing Coordinator: - 3+ years of strong marketing and project management experience - MUST have RFP and proposal experience with execution of managing the details and writing - Good writing, editing and proofreading skills - Must have a strong eye for detail and be efficient - AEC or electrical background is a huge plus, but not a deal breaker Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
