As the Customer Product Team, our mission is to provide our customers with an entertaining shopping experience in TikTok. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:Be responsible for product roadmap and product strategy design, providing TikTok users with a great shopping experience and product solutions.Manage daily team operations and collaborate with key stakeholders.
QualificationsBachelor's degree or above.5+ years of work experience in customer products.Experience as a product manager or product developer.Excellent communication skills, data-driven ability, and flexibility to adjust strategies in complex situations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business strategy and product roadmap, providing a localized shopping experience.
Preferred Qualifications:Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, business, and customers, with the ability to understand new business models.
Job Information:The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156,864 - $296,020 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to support our employees to give their best in both work and life. We offer 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% for dependents, and a Health Savings Account (HSA) with a company match.
