THE PURPOSE:

Associate Manager, Marketing Operations will co-own the execution of all brand marketing and creative assets. This person will be responsible for brief intake, coordination and project management of digital and non-digital creative projects and processes including graphic design, asset production, copywriting and development to ensure projects are on-track. The Associate Manager will work with cross functional departments and external teams daily, to ensure effective and diligent workflow.

· Responsible for the coordination and management of cross functional brief review/intake, milestone planning and timelines for all brand assets, including but not limited to: ecomm, retention, social, growth and brand from inception to final hand-off

· Primary point of contact who communicates feedback, next steps/follow ups as needed to maintain organized, timely workflow with project owners

· Define project scopes, sets weekly agenda’s, coordinates notes / feedback for creative designers

· Facilitation of weekly brief kick-off meetings, creative reviews, and project based ad hoc meetings

· Co-manage the development of a departmental asset/content library

· Create and manage project specific milestones and timelines

· Acts as liaison and representative of the brand marketing team during the project life cycle

· Delivers weekly status reports and leads weekly status meetings for the creative team

· Asana super user and infrastructure lead in optimizing custom workflows and best practices

· Develop and refine effective workflow processes with day-to-day marketing/digital projects

· International and wholesale asset delivery and management support

· Communicates project updates and status to all lines of business at critical points

· Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

· Direct operational management experience and understanding of lifecycle workflows

· Broad understanding of creative assets, copywriting, digital assets and brand marketing

· Digital asset management experience

· Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining on time delivery

· Logical/Critical Thinking; resourceful, competent; strategic planning

· Organized and can compartmentalize projects effectively

· Computer proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS word

· Efficient and knowledgeable in management programs such as, Asana

· Good written/verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
