You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners and organizations to bring to life full-funnel digital performance advertising solutions for brands with a suite of measurement solutions and access to data to prove the value of Walmart Connect. Your data-driven and consultative approach to sales and growing business relationships will be the key to driving revenue and deepening brand connections to our customers. As an individual contributor, you will be supported by a cross-functional team and will benefit from working alongside the leadership team chartering our explosive growth.Responsibilities:Digital sales, Search/Sponsored Products, Display, DR, Performance advertising, full-funnel platform sales, PMP/automation backgroundStrong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship managementExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, strong attention to detail, and diligent follow-throughProven track record of successfully reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals through consultative sellingStrong analytical and Excel skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to solve problems in a structured mannerStrong ability to apply operational rigor, methodologies, and use technology to execute, assess, and explain complex brand and performance marketing solutionsExperience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment strongly preferredMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree5-7 years experience in Digital Media Sales, Ecommerce/Shopper Marketing Sales, Retail Media Ad Sales5+ years experience managing client accounts3+ years experience as a proven strategic advisor working with C-Level clientsExperience selling both managed-service and self-service media solutionsStrong analytical abilities and financial understandingOperational rigor (Salesforce pipeline, call logging/reporting, account planning, etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and diligent follow-throughTeam Leadership Competencies:Customer-obsessed, Curious, Collaborative, Consultative, Courageous and CompetitiveAuthentic and passionateRespectful, Inclusive, Honest, TransparentSelf-awarePositive and solutions-orientedAccountableAdaptiveAt Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.Primary Location:
