Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns, including media relations, content creation, and strategic partnerships.Develop creative and results-driven individual projects and tactics within the defined client scope, collaborating with the lead strategist.Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance clients' PR efforts.Collaborate with partners to develop joint PR initiatives, events, and content that align with clients' goals and amplify their brand reach.Support management of client accounts and execute tactical programs, adhering to project timelines and meeting TJC standards.Conduct research on client industries, competitors, and media outlets to gather relevant information and insights.Research new media/influencer/partnership opportunities and potential clients on an ongoing basis.Maintain a comprehensive calendar of deliverables and team needs, ensuring all deadlines are consistently met.Manage communications and updates on affiliate marketing platform, for appropriate clients.Work closely with the account team to execute planned programming, monitor progress, and exceed goals.Oversee client account organization, ensuring all necessary documents and resources are available for seamless execution of tactics.Provide regular status updates on client projects to the client lead/partner, ensuring effective communication and strategic adjustments.Requirements:

AE: 2-3 years post-college experience in PR and marketing; Coordinator: 0-2 post years PR experience; knowledge and experience in the food + wine, hospitality and lifestyle industries a plus. College degree in a relevant field.Results-oriented and ‘get the job done’ attitude.Open-minded, outgoing and adaptable personality with a solid results-oriented work ethic.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Professional demeanor and a desire to collaborate.Knowledge of design, social media, and digital media measurement tools, including Cision or Muckrack, Canva, later/social media posting applications, and Microsoft Office/PDF. Familiarity with Monday.com a plus.Ability to work independently and in a dynamic collaborative team.Desire to work in a start-up environment, pursue personal interests and learnings that are in line with company goals and make your mark on a growing agency (and of course, have fun in the process!).Location: TJC is remote first, but we are looking for a candidate preferably located in the SF Bay Area with the ability to commute to wine country (Sonoma/Napa) 1-2 days a week or as needed for client events.TJC benefits + perks:
