Build the team and culture to lead within Ceribell.What You'll Do:Develop strategies for new/improved market development programs in Acute Care NCSEReport on progress and impact with plans to adaptPartner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, HEMA, Commercial Operations to deploy programsBuild the marketing team and cultureManage the budget and operations for marketingMeasurement of Success:Execution on key programs for SSG and acquisition outcomesDevelopment of new programs to augment the current strategySuccessfully partnered with the sales and product teamsWhat We're Looking For:10-15 years in marketing and market developmentMedical device or healthcare industry experience is a plusExperience leading small teams to deliver outsized impactAnalytically rigorous and detail-orientedConsulting or banking experience preferredA candidate’s final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range.
