What You’ll Do:

The Strategy VP, Director manages the strategy and planning process for our client, Allstate. The VP, Director is a leader who contributes to brand strategy, builds solid relationships with clients across all levels and functions, and is able to manage, lead, and develop their internal strategy team.

Responsibilities:Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current media industry news and brand business (current and historical perspectives) with a focus on upstream initiativesEnsure the team delivers sound strategic media recommendations based on a clear understanding of brand objectivesResponsible for managing big and complex media budget and developing a strategy that utilizes media mix modeling and other resources for budget effectivenessDrive Innovation and a Thought Leadership agenda both as a new business asset but equally within the agency to drive modern marketing solutions for our clientsWork with analytics, solutions architecture, and research teams to identify/apply learnings and the investment and operations teams to ensure flawless implementationApply their experience to elevate strategic thinking across the portfolio and set appropriate learning agenda elementsWrite and deliver strategies and POV’s as well as oversee the translation of these strategies into the final audience recommendations/plansAnalyze client’s audience strategies and work with internal groups to lead business case developmentFacilitate internal and client workshops and brainstorms with energy that drives desired outcomes.Provide vision, direction, management and support to individuals within the team to ensure their work aligns with our mission and goalsDemonstrate a collaborative approach as well as effective problem solving and intervention when needed
