Marketing Operations Manager

is responsible for creating and executing digital campaigns in Marketo for the extended Marketing team. Ideal candidates have a background in Marketing automation and an ability to balance multiple competing priorities with cross-functional teams.

Candidates must have technical ability and hands-on knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce.Specific responsibilities include:

Work closely with the marketing team in end-to-end execution of programs in Marketo, including program creation, segmentation, QA, tracking, and list imports.Monitor lead scoring and propose adjustments based on target conversion rates.Develop, execute, and QA lead gen digital campaigns using Marketo and Salesforce.Asset creation including landing pages, forms, and creative assets.Develop UTM parameters and programs for high-value content assets to capture conversions by Marketing channel.Create and schedule emails for divisions outside of the marketing ecosystem.Manage and update the lifecycle of content assets on the ServiceMax website.Manage multiple Content Syndication vendors for lead generation programs.Upload all records generated from DiscoverOrg, tradeshows, and ServiceMax events into Marketo.Assist with data integrity practices, including cleansing, de-duplication, and data normalization.Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on Marketo experience, preferably at a fast-paced start-up.Marketo Certified Expert preferred, or other marketing automation systems.Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.com.BA / BS degree required.Skills and characteristics:

ROI driven mentality.Hands-on, results-driven, with a bias towards action and a strong track record of success.Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects, organize & prioritize.Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.Demonstrated ability to build & maintain cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively in a team environment.Self-starter, who needs little hand-holding and can get up to speed quickly.
