As the Graphic Designer I, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling materials that support the college's marketing and communication initiatives. This position incorporates a blend of creativity and technical skills to produce high-quality designs for both digital and print platforms, contributing to the overall branding and outreach efforts of Rosen College.Responsibilities:Design and create marketing materials, ensuring alignment with UCF's brand standards.

Develop web and print marketing collateral, including promotional items and event materials.

Create engaging graphics for social media platforms to enhance the college's online presence and audience engagement.

Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to create promotional campaigns, story-tell, and execute creative strategies that effectively promote the college's initiatives.

Maintain consistency in visual identity across all platforms and materials.

Minimum Qualifications :High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree and 0+ years of relevant experience. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219. Click here for more informationPreferred Qualifications :Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; comfortable adapting to evolving project requirements and deadlines.

Background in higher education or similar institutions.

Proficient in photography and videography, including capturing and editing.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creativity.

Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom), Canva, and video editing tools.
