The Social Media Marketing Intern will assist the Social Media Marketing / Brand Team in various marketing tasks while applying learning from formal education. The Social Media Marketing Intern is an in-person office position, and primary responsibilities include:· Develop and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms.· Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages, ensuring timely responses and engagement.

· Collaborate on social media strategies to increase brand awareness and follower growth.

· Assist in developing, tracking, analyzing, and reporting digital campaign metrics.

· Collaborate with the brand team in promotional planning and idea generation.

· Participate in product development and market research.

· Develop marketing/promotional calendars and schedule deliverables.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Currently attending university as junior, senior, or graduate with undergraduate studies in marketing, communications, or related field• Creative, comfortable being on camera, and eager to learn• Experience with Canva or Adobe Photoshop• Experience with Google Analytics• Experience in Ai tools such as Chat GPT, Gemini or visual creative technologies• Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills• Proficient in MS Office• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and excellent attention to detail• Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas to all levels of the organization• Experience conducting online research• Goal and achievement oriented• Available 15-20 hours per weekWHY JOIN SILVER STAR BRANDS
