Join Our Dynamic Marketing Team as a Marketing Admin!

Are you a detail-oriented multitasker with a passion for all things marketing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment where no two days are the same? If so, we want YOU to be our next **Marketing Administrator**!

This is an hourly, non-exempt position. The salary range is $17.64 - $22 per hour (based on relevant experience). This position is based in our office in Dallas, TX.

What You'll Do:

- Keep our marketing assets, files, and databases in perfect order, so the team can access everything in a snap.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our brand message shines consistently across all marketing materials.

- Dive into data! Support the team with data entry, generate performance reports, and assist with marketing analytics.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep our strategies fresh and relevant.

- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and projects across multiple brands and channels (digital, social, email, and more).

- Help manage project timelines and ensure all marketing deliverables meet deadlines.

- Lend your skills to content creation-proofreading, basic graphic design, and scheduling digital content.

- Assist in producing marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and presentations that make our brand pop.

- Help manage our social media platforms by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and tracking engagement.

- ✉ Team up on email marketing efforts-help develop content, segment audiences, and track results.

- Support event coordination and public relations efforts-think finding venues, managing guest lists, and working with vendors.

- Be our go-to for coordinating relationships with vendors and external agencies, ensuring smooth, timely delivery of marketing materials.
