Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.Responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and administration of hotel-level and program-specific reporting and analysis for IHG Field Marketing Services, including execution of reporting needs, data gathering, distribution, analysis and strategic recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.Identify and document KPIs for each Field Marketing Service including but not limited to website performance, paid media, search engine optimization, social media and overarching hotel performance.Manage and execute extraction of data from various sources and systems. Design, build, distribute reports for hotel meetings, impact reporting and various leadership requirements.Review data for accuracy and troubleshoot any errors in reporting, extracting, and warehousing of data; make recommendations and/or initiate correction procedures.Design, produce, review and distribute key hotel-, service-specific reports and analysis, as well as ad-hoc reports as requested. Ensure reports are produced in an accurate and timely manner, and closely review all information for accuracy prior to distribution.Develop and implement automated reporting and tools.Perform hands-on analyses on large volumes of hotel-level participation & performance data.Provide training and education to Field Marketing team and other internal partners on reporting structures and data analysis.Develop and implement Field Marketing Services Impact Reports and contribute to program’s overarching value proposition for new business development and internal/leadership presentations.Maintain and optimize Field Marketing Services program and hotel participation data and manage distribution to various internal teams/systems.Actively participate in the development of new services and initiatives to proactively identify supporting data, analysis, trending and reporting and requirements.Produce and present executive program impact data and participation summaries for various meetings and presentations to internal & external stakeholders.Act as primary reporting liaison for various teams within assigned function, ensuring data integrity and system interface of related programs and reporting tools.Align with Global Field Marketing Services teams as appropriate.Educational backgroundBachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing Analytics or related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.Critical Experience & Expertise5-7 years of progressive work-related experience emphasizing hospitality marketing and analytics.To be considered for this position, candidates must possess prior experience in hospitality or hotel marketing teams.Technical Skills & KnowledgeDemonstrated technical aptitude with various computer systems and data including MS Office (Excel and Access), Tableau, Adobe Analytics and SalesForce (or comparable platforms). Advanced Excel skills are a requirement including the use of macros to streamline report-publishing process.Demonstrated knowledge of hotel commercial performance and digital performance analysis.Demonstrated experience in a decision-support and data warehousing environment.Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale projects.Demonstrated understanding of business analysis processes and ability to provide strategic insights based on data.Demonstrates clear, concise, and effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to develop impactful data visualizations, present information to various internal and external audiences, and gain buy-in by storytelling through data.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently, and to perform concurrent tasks that require technical and functional competence.Location:

RemoteThe salary range for this role is $58,834 to $119,500.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
