Ready to make your application Please do read through the description at least once before clicking on Apply.Support Field Marketing Advisory Services through paid media management to deliver strong results for hotels participating in IHG's Field Marketing program.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnderstand performance objectives, develop successful strategies to achieve goalsKnowledgeable using paid media to influence customer lifecycle (awareness through booking)Proactively monitor performance of campaignsVendor communication and managementPartner with key internal resources to develop and execute campaigns (Field Marketing, Brand Teams, Analytics, Creative)

Ability to aggregate, analyze and pull reportsRecommend new products, partners, services and any opportunities to drive overall department goals and remain competitive

Keep daily tabs on industry trends and serve as a subject matter expertEducation

–Bachelor's Degree in Business, Interactive, Marketing or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.Experience

–2+ years’ progressive work-related experience with demonstrated mastery of technical and business knowledge and understanding of multiple disciplines/processes related to the position. Minimum 3 years digital media experience.Technical Skills and Knowledge

–Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing marketing projects from conception through implementation.Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, vendors, senior management and staff.Demonstrated proficiency in business software products such as Excel, Microsoft Access, Word and PowerPoint.Demonstrated strong knowledge of Internet systems, marketing programs, and affiliate networks.Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with marketing affiliates, regional teams, franchisees and hotel owners.Demonstrated analytical skills and research abilities. Demonstrated ability to use the results of investigation and analysis to make effective strategic decisions.Location:
