Responsible for leading strategic brand campaign creative to support business and brand strategy briefs using analytical and brand frameworks, and provide leadership, project planning and strategic advice to leaders of brands.The manager will be fully accountable of major work streams throughout the year, with gradually increasing complexity. This ideal candidate for this role will have to deliver on time and at the best quality. The ideal candidate will be able to adjust the course of the workstream when project sponsors feel new facts/issues merit the change and will be as proactive as possible in initiating the change when needed.Your day to dayParticipate in and manage global initiatives with the rest of the Strategic & Portfolio Marketing team. As needed, support senior management teams and global brand heads on critical regional initiatives. Specific duties and responsibilities include leading strategic brand campaign creative to support business and brand strategy briefs using analytical and brand frameworks, and provide leadership, project planning and strategic advice.Provide support for a variety of Brand Leadership marketing projects across all aspects of brand and portfolio strategy.Assist on multiple work streams within complex projects all the way from project structuring to implementation planning effectively navigating a complex multi-region, multi-function, matrix organization.Provide strategic brand insights to Strategy & Portfolio marketing team on variety of key projects.Assist in annual brand strategy and brand plans to win projects, producing key creative, synthesizing results, and working with global brand heads.Give regular progress updates to Director/VP and sponsor/senior management, as well as discuss issues with them and find impactful ways to use their time.Effectively motivate working teams with a collaborative and safe environment + appropriate access to key stakeholders.Manage relationships with Marketing team to source necessary data or reports to inform innovations in creative.Participate in skill development training and courses to improve your industry/IHG knowledge as well as your technical competencies.What we need from youBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business related degree.3-4 years’ work experience in corporate or brand strategy or consultancy role with exposure to a broad range of business issues. Post degree qualifications, previous travel industry experience and language skills highly desirable.Own up to 3 full project work streams and responsible for delivering on time matching Director’s expectations.Demonstrated ability to assess and understand a variety of internal and external economic and market-level issues with impact to the business, to analyze a business brief and set up a creative team for success to develop strategic creative that answers that brief.Strong understanding of brand marketing concepts, with both theoretical and practical knowledge. Ability to assess and evaluate different marketing approaches based on their impact to market share and revenue gains.Demonstrated people management skills and desire to train junior staff members.Demonstrated strategic thinking through a proven ability to analyze markets, performance data, and business issues and draw insight/conclusions.Strong interpersonal skills required to build relationships across business units for collaboration, data requests, and joint analysis.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written to address all levels within the organization to develop consensus.Must have good facilitation skills to lead executive planning sessions.Strong self-motivation and ability to plan time/priorities.Ability to understand hotel industry dynamics.Familiarity of external data sources and ability to use them effectively to reach key conclusions.Able to gain credibility with executives and senior managers in the organization.Location:

Atlanta - Our Hybrid work structure is an expectation of three days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $90,000.

This role is also eligible for bonus pay.
