Internal Communications Manager
is responsible for ensuring that a company's employees are well-informed and engaged through effective communication strategies. This role focuses on promoting a positive organizational culture, keeping employees aligned with business goals, and fostering open communication channels across all levels of the organization.
Job Description
Develop and Implement Communication Strategies:
Design and execute comprehensive internal communication plans aligned with the company's mission, goals, and objectives.Manage communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, town halls, and email campaigns to ensure employees are kept informed about company updates, policies, and initiatives.
Content Creation and Editing:
Write, edit, and approve internal communications materials, including announcements, presentations, and reports.Ensure consistent messaging and tone across all internal communication platforms.
Employee Engagement Initiatives:
Drive employee engagement through various internal campaigns, events, and recognition programs.Support leadership in delivering key messages to promote a strong company culture.
Crisis and Change Communications:
Manage internal communication during crises or organizational changes (mergers, restructuring, etc.) to keep employees informed and reassured.Work closely with HR and senior leadership to ensure smooth communication during transitions.
Feedback and Communication Measurement:
Collect and analyze employee feedback to measure the effectiveness of internal communication strategies.Use feedback to continuously improve internal communication efforts and address employee concerns.
Collaboration with Various Departments:
Work closely with HR, Marketing, and other key departments to coordinate internal communication initiatives.Partner with senior leadership to align communication strategies with business goals and ensure transparency.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related fields.5+ years of experience in corporate communications or internal communications roles.Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.Excellent interpersonal and project management abilities.Proficiency with digital communication tools such as intranet platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.Experience in creating communication strategies that enhance company culture and employee engagement.Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging communication content.Experience in crisis communication or change management.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
What's on Offer
Target compensation for the Internal Communications Manager is $100,000 - $140,000 base salary + Bonus.
