The marketing coordinator works in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment to deliver best-in-class proposals, presentations, qualifications packages, and other marketing materials as needed. The role works closely with the marketing team, construction professionals, and senior leaders. This role will support proposals and presentations for all three IMC offices; Malvern, PA (HQ), Philadelphia and Edison, NJ.

In the role of marketing coordinator, we’ll count on you to:Support the Pursuit of New Business

Manage, plan, organize, coordinate all elements of proposal development through submission: includes analyzing RFP/Q, outlining proposal and facilitating kick off meeting with pursuit team, enforce RFP/Q guidelines, working with pursuit team to develop responses, issuing drafts, incorporating reviewer comments, and preparing/submitting final package on time.Contribute to leadership and strategic direction for proposals and presentations.Develop customized, creative proposal/qualifications layouts and presentations.Work with pursuit team to prepare for new project presentations/interviews. Produce deliverables that may include slides and print/digital collateral.Coach and provide constructive reviews to pursuit team members during presentation prep.Direct coordination with pursuit partners as necessary.Promote collaboration and timely responses across disciplines (marketing, executives, project managers, superintendents, estimating, scheduling) to compose successful submissions.Maintain a thorough knowledge of IMC’s markets, clients, projects, capabilities, staff, and primary competitors to support the development of pursuits.Other duties and responsibilities as needed.Manage Assets & Content Coordinate and maintain high volume of data information for projects, team members, market sectors, and project statistics in Unanet (Cosential), and other information management tools.Create new project resumes and profile pages.Internal/External Communications

Continued creation and implementation of social media strategies that align with IMC’s business goals and objectives to increase brand awareness and engagement.Working with project teams, generate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, that resonates with the target audience and promotes brand loyalty.Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to foster a positive online community.Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using analytical tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies. This includes tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, reach, and conversion metrics.Update content/images on website as needed.Other internal communications to include new hire announcements, any company events or updates, monthly marketing newsletter, etc.Event Planning/Coordination

Coordinate annual events such as charity golf outing, holiday party, etc.Skills & Requirements

Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing or Communications, or related experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience.3-5+ years of professional experience managing, coordinating, writing proposals, preferably in the AEC industry.Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.Highly self-motivated, flexible, and resourceful.Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.Able to maintain a calm and cool demeanor under stress or deadlines.Excellent writing, grammatical, and proofreading skills.Strong graphic design abilities.Effective interpersonal skills and service role mindset.This description is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that may be required of the employee and other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or may be changed at any time with or without notice.
