Sr. Designer

to join our Creative Marketing team that creates compelling, multi-platform content for a range of initiatives including marketing, promotion, and live events. Design for print, digital, and motion as a part of the Creative Marketing team.Develop creative that sets the look and feel of the AJC's brand and marketing.Establish effective creative working relationships with brand and growth partners, providing visual solutions that exceed expectations.Demonstrate excellent knowledge in design systems and software including the Adobe Creative Suite.Ensure the highest level of artistic output consistent with the AJC's marketing strategies and objectives.Identify opportunities for improved processes and tools to support design operations.Partner with other key leaders to develop strategic design direction for initiatives across multimedia channels and market segments.Lead the creative team in design and manage a multitude of print, digital, and motion formatted deliveries.Apply creative, collaborative, technical, and quality-control skills to high-level concepts.Communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.Create and deliver content for brand and growth partners in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.Stay well-versed with industry trends and new techniques, applying newfound knowledge to current work.Explore untested and unique approaches to creative solutions while meeting all project and scope restrictions.Who You Are

Industry-leading Designer with a portfolio demonstrating vast experience.Bachelor's degree preferred in design, art, graphic design, or other creative fields. With a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of experience is required; with a Master's, 2+ years; and with no Bachelor's, 8+ years.At least 2 years of experience in a Sr. Designer role is preferred.Business acumen in creative agency operations, with an appreciation for efficient operations that support brilliant work.Strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal department relationships.Proven leadership that gains the confidence of creative professionals, peers, and client stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.What's In It For You?

Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.Benefits The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually.
