Sr. Designer

to join our Creative Marketing team that creates compelling, multi-platform content for a range of initiatives including marketing, promotion, and live events. If you've made a career of successfully expanding your own creative depths (and nurturing others to do the same), we want to get to know you.

What You'll DoDesign amazing creative that connects brands with their customers across print, digital, and motion formats.Develop creative that sets the look and feel of the AJC's Brand and marketing.Build effective creative working relationships with brand and growth partners, providing visual solutions that exceed expectations.Demonstrate excellent knowledge in design systems and software including the Adobe Creative Suite.Ensure the highest level of artistic output consistent with the AJC's marketing strategies and objectives.Identify opportunities for improved processes and tools to support design operations.Partner with key leaders to develop strategic design direction for initiatives across multimedia channels and market segments.Lead creative teams in design, responsible for a multitude of print, digital, and motion formatted deliveries.Apply creative, collaborative, technical, and quality-control skills to high-level concepts.Possess highly effective communication skills, a willingness to share knowledge, and work effectively in a team environment.Create and deliver content for Brand and Growth partners in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.Stay well-versed with industry trends and new techniques, applying newfound knowledge to current work.Explore untested and unique approaches to creative solutions, pushing the department forward while meeting project restrictions.

Who You AreIndustry-leading Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates vast experience.Bachelor's degree preferred in design, art, graphic design, or other creative fields; with Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of experience; with Master's, 2+ years; with no Bachelor's, 8+ years of experience.At least 2 years of experience in a Sr. Designer role.Business acumen in creative agency operations, with appreciation for efficient operations that support brilliant work.Expertise in design and motion graphics, excelling in creative storytelling and technical proficiency.Strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal department relationships.Proven leadership that gains the confidence of creative professionals, peers, and client stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

USD 64,200.00 - 96,400.00 per year

Compensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $64,200.00 - $96,400.00, varying based on factors such as location and candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation, including an incentive program.

Benefits:The Company offers eligible employees flexibility in vacation with pay, seven paid holidays, and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually.
