Job Summary:

Responsible for developing, managing, and implementing digital marketing strategies to build customer relationships, engagement and promote the agency’s products and services to support overall goals.

Essential Functions:

Oversee management of all digital channels

Partner with marketing team members and key Goodwill of North GA stakeholders to ensure digital strategies and tactics align and support agency goals

Create, maintain, and implement digital content calendars; manage day to day messaging

Tell the Goodwill story through videos, photography and graphic design and help manage content needs across the marketing team and business units

Collaborate with marketing team and agency partners to create relevant content to help ensure integration across platforms

Support website development and design including updating content, managing creative assets, and site performance metrics.

Manage social media brand profiles and presence including additional channels that are deemed relevant

Oversee and manage the influencer program; coordinate regular engagements and promotions

Manage email program including development and implementation of strategy, creative and database management

Manage and improve SEO and SEM performance; oversee partners

Oversee and analyze agency’s online reputation through the management of listing and tools

Manage partner relationships, monitor, and track budgets

Manage and maintain marketing records, including marketing consent and release form

Regularly monitor and report on program performance analytics and create departmental dashboards; provide analysis and recommendations to marketing and key stakeholders

Comply with all Goodwill policies, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) standards and safety and security regulations

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field is required

Three or more (3+) years of marketing experience

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are required

Experience in creating diverse and engaging content, including both static images and video

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Ability to stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our strategies current

Must be able to function independently in a fast-paced work setting

Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Certifications in digital marketing are a plus (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)

Maintain a good driving record, dependable transportation, and telephone communication devices

Working Environment Conditions/Requirements:

Ability to push, pull and lift up to 30 lbs. with or without accommodations to transport materials

Must be able to travel to all designated Goodwill locations to 20% to 25% of the time
