$97,000 - $175,000JOB DESCRIPTIONOpportunity at a GlanceThe Director of Content will lead the creative strategy, content creation, and advertising development as well as marketing and creative efforts within the company. This individual will guide a team of marketing professionals responsible for delivering creative content across paid and owned channels. A key aspect of the role is transforming inspirational creative briefs into successful brand and performance-driven campaigns through collaboration with in-house creative teams or agency partners.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the account team.Understand and implement brand voice and guidelines.Develop, lead, and coach a team of marketing professionals, fostering their strengths.Immerse in target profiles, brand ideas/campaigns, and program details to shape creative strategy.Implement data and reporting tools for optimization, learning, and agile testing.Partner with agencies to deliver full-funnel, on-brief creative for paid channels, driving both brand and performance.Oversee the strategy and development of partner activations and related materials.Create and manage monthly and annual budgets.Drive creative storytelling aligned with channel and platform best practices.Oversee owned channel content across social media, CRM, events, and direct mail.Collaborate closely with channel leads, institutional marketing teams, product teams, finance, and compliance.Manage agency relationships, including budget oversight, day-to-day operations, and contract negotiations.Establish and maintain efficient processes for workflow and project management within the COE.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.Must have both in-house and agency experience.Must understand brand voice and brand guidelines.~10 years' experience in marketing management.Proficiency in market research, insights, and performance data reporting.Experience leading and producing multi-channel paid media campaigns.Knowledge of lead-generating marketing programs (e.g., direct mail, events, seminars, online campaigns).Expertise in budgeting and understanding financial implications of marketing initiatives.Proficiency in Microsoft Office/TEAMs, project management platforms (e.g., Workfront, Monday), and marketing tools.Experience working in complex or matrixed environments.Strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Enthusiastic and dynamic, thriving in a fast-paced, highly creative team environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Additional InformationBenefits include health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401k ; PTO; 12 paid holidays; Bonus incentives.Participation in an annual incentive program, subject to individual and organizational performance.
