What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize new sales and revenue growth within the assigned district
- Manage and coach a team of 50-70 sales professionals, ensuring accountability and performance excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic plans and drive sales productivity
- Oversee accurate forecasting and pipeline management to achieve sales quotas and revenue retention targets
- Foster relationships with clients through effective engagement and contact management strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in sales and sales leadership, with 4-6 years in direct client relationship management
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on accountability and team empowerment
- Strong strategic thinking, account planning, and sales negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment while managing multiple projects
- A four-year degree is required; JD plus MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
