What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue growth in the assigned district
- Lead and manage a team of 50-70 sales professionals to optimize sales opportunities
- Monitor sales and renewal pipeline health, ensuring accountability and effective sales processes
- Collaborate with various teams to implement sales strategies and drive productivity
- Manage client relationships and ensure regular engagement for pipeline management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in sales and sales leadership, with 4-6 years in direct client relationship management
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on accountability and team empowerment
- Strong strategic thinking and sales negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Four-year degree required; JD plus MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
