What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue growth in the assigned district
  2. Lead and manage a team of 50-70 sales professionals to optimize sales opportunities
  3. Monitor sales and renewal pipeline health, ensuring accountability and effective sales processes
  4. Collaborate with various teams to implement sales strategies and drive productivity
  5. Manage client relationships and ensure regular engagement for pipeline management

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 8+ years of experience in sales and sales leadership, with 4-6 years in direct client relationship management
  2. Proven leadership skills with a focus on accountability and team empowerment
  3. Strong strategic thinking and sales negotiation skills
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  5. Four-year degree required; JD plus MBA or equivalent business experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience in digital marketing businesses
  2. Knowledge of legal markets and online legal products
  3. Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
