About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in Salesforce suite of products. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience leveraging Salesforce tools to drive personalized customer journeys, optimize marketing campaigns, and analyze data for actionable insights.
This role is pivotal in aligning marketing strategies with business goals, ensuring high-impact customer engagement, and maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies: Design and implement marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive customer engagement and increase AUV (Average Unit Volume).Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise: Leverage Marketing Cloud's full suite, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio, to create automated, multi-channel campaigns.Marketing Personalization: Utilize Salesforce Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio) to deliver personalized customer experiences based on real-time data and interactions.Marketing Intelligence: Set up and implement Salesforce Marketing Intelligence (formerly Datorama) to integrate data from multiple sources, monitor campaign performance, and generate insights to optimize marketing efforts.Customer Segmentation & Journey Mapping: Refine customer personas and segmentations to inform personalized marketing strategies and customer journeys.Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key marketing metrics, such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and retention rates, to refine strategies and increase marketing effectiveness.Collaboration: Work closely with sales, Contact Center and operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and business objectives.Lead Generation & Nurturing: Build and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns, landing pages, and other marketing assets to continuously improve conversion rates.Content Strategy: Collaborate on content creation and distribution strategies that align with marketing objectives and resonate with the target audience.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.3-5 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing tools.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, customer segmentation, and marketing automation.Experience with email marketing, multi-channel campaigns, and customer journey mapping.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and insights.Excellent communication and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills
Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud Personalization.Familiarity with other Salesforce tools, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot.Experience with A/B testing, campaign tracking, and marketing analytics.Compensation
Highly competitive compensation including salary, healthcare programs, bonus programs and 401k contributions.Base salary awarded based upon experience and qualifications.Eligibility for year-end Company Bonus-10% of base salary with stretch target bonus potential of 20% (based on company bonus program).Benefits
