Our Marketing Project Managers are instrumental in providing excellent support for our advisors as they conduct their daily business activities. The Marketing Project Manager coordinates activities for our Investment Advisor including proposals, listings and the marketing of those listings, escrow closings and all related processes. They also coordinate research and related activities with our Global Production Operations.
Coordinate and streamline the flow of projects, information and documents, creating a collaborative environment with the advisor and accountability between all parties involvedCoordinate gathering of information from advisors and other support staff for creation of marketing materials, presentation packages, and other documentsComplete proposals, marketing materials, and websitesLaunch all listings for assigned advisors and provide support as needed through close of escrowSubmit requests for documents like research reports, neighborhood data, historical and economic dataCoordinate with advisors and marketing support staff to ensure accurate, timely production and distribution of materials for each projectManage and document listing agreements and contracts of sale in compliance with corporate and appropriate Department of Real Estate requirementsManage coordination of documents related to closings prioritized by timeline/deadline, following up on required items when necessaryMonitor and order office inventory and marketing materials for assigned advisorsMaintain database of potential buyers, sellers and property listings and escrows for assigned advisorsCommunicate information on any corporate initiative or new products/service; provide follow up training if necessaryEstablish and maintain any necessary electronic filesCompose miscellaneous real estate documentation including real estate listing agreements, receipt for commission funds, real estate purchase agreements, and supporting transaction dataOther duties as assigned.We Stand for Excellence, so to achieve success in this role you should have:
Experience in the Commercial Real Estate preferredExcellent computer skills including Word, Excel, and Adobe Pro and working with databasesPrevious experience with Smart Track and/or Salesforce preferredAbility to organize and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects with changing prioritiesOutstanding time management skills, ability to organize, and attention to detailAbility to maintain focus while coordinating internal project delivery teamsStrong customer service skills and the ability to effectively manage expectations of customers with strong personalities1-3 years prior experience in a similar roleWe believe People Matter, so we offer benefits that go beyond:

The provided base salary information for this position is part of an overall national range. The actual salary within our range for this position will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate. The total compensation package for this role may also include additional incentive opportunities.
Compensation
$70,000-$90,000 USD
