We are seeking a dynamic Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in monitoring and analyzing key metrics across our business unit. This role will be responsible for interpreting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), service-level agreements (SLAs), analyzing partner scorecards, and summarizing key findings to team leads. This position requires a keen analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Track and analyze platform performance metrics, team productivity and operational performance to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations, outlining actionable next steps.
- Monitor adherence to SLA and KPI targets, identifying areas of concerns and measurable success.
- Work collaboratively with teams across our business unit to gather data, understand business requirements, and align on reporting and analysis efforts.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using data to communicate effectively based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through regular audits.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics that impact our partner scorecards, suggesting changes to strategies, goals, and objectives to respond to evolving needs.
- Lead project management efforts to meet store requirements, collaborating cross-functionally to clearly and consistently communicate deadlines and next steps.

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring, preferably in a similar role.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in performance management, KPI development, and SLA monitoring.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI); SQL experience is a plus
- Knowledge of music metadata in a digital distribution or digital streaming/download context
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; impeccable follow-up and follow-through capabilities
- Ability to consistently meet and/or exceed performance goals and adhere to expected project timelines, while managing multiple deadlines and prioritizing appropriately
- Basic knowledge of copyright and current popular music landscape
- iTunes and Spotify style guide experience
- Proficiency in Google, Apple, and Microsoft applications
- Fluency in a second language
- Experience working with a record label, distributor, and/or digital service content management systems (e.g. iTunes Connect, YouTube CMS, VEVO Backstage, Spotify Scatman)
