This office drives the strategy and tactics for highlighting and raising the visibility of the university's experts, initiatives, and accomplishments.The Office of Communications and Marketing seeks a temporary Email Marketing Specialist. Reporting to the Enrollment and Marketing Director, the Email Marketing Specialist aids in planning, developing, and implementing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.The key responsibilities for this position are:Migrating email campaigns from Salesforce to Slate. Ensure email templates and layouts are accurately replicated.Use basic HTML/coding knowledge for formatting adjustments.Work with team to ensure smooth and accurate transition of campaigns.Performs other related duties as assigned. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position.Minimum Qualifications:The assignment will be one month starting 11/1/24 and ending 12/1/24.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Salesforce and/or Slate is beneficial but not required.Basic understanding of HTML/coding.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Position Information
